My name is Tracy and I'm helping my best friend of over 40 years raise money for medical bills. Her husband just very recently finished chemotherapy and radiation for throat cancer. He's lost over 40 pounds and can't eat until his throat heals. He's just recently had a feeding tube put in and hopefully that will help him begin his recovery. It's been a horrible, painful ordeal and his recovery has been slow. During all of this, he has not been able to work.

Tammy has also just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. They found cancer around the bile duct to her liver and scheduled her for whipple surgery, but when they went in to do the surgery, they found a mass on her liver too and had to cancel the procedure until she has chemotherapy first. She will have to endure several months of chemo, ALL BEFORE a 7-14 day hospital stay for the whipple surgery and then several more months of recovery. She is looking at a long road of not being able to work while she recovers.

Any help we can give them would be greatly appreciated. Cancer is hard when just one of your family is going through it and this family has BOTH parents going through it at the same time.
