Help Support Susan’s Recovery

This past weekend, our mom suffered multiple brain aneurysms, requiring urgent, life-saving surgery. Thankfully, Tom and his wife Michaela were with her when it happened, and because of their quick action and the incredible care from the doctors and nurses at Advocate General, she’s gotten the help she needs.

While we’re beyond grateful she’s still with us, the road to recovery is going to be long and uncertain. She’s facing several weeks in the ICU, and we’re unsure when she’ll be able to return to work. Being self-employed, she doesn’t have the safety net of paid leave.

As a family, it’s hard to ask for help — but right now, we want to make sure her only focus is on healing, not on worrying about bills and income. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly toward covering her medical expenses, household bills, and giving her the time she needs to recover fully.
