Donate to Aid Sonja and Michelle's Healing Journey

Hello friends and families of Michelle and Sonja. Many people don’t know this, but Sonja and Michelle have been battling some illnesses they weren’t expecting to raise their evil head. Sonja got very sick and has been in and out of the hospital for the last month. She went in because she couldn’t breathe. She had a rather large hiatal hernia. Ms. Sonja’s stomach and colon were up into the hernia and behind her chest cavity. Sonja ended up having a 5-hour surgery to put everything back in its place. She was in the hospital almost two weeks at this time. Today, April 15, Sonja ended up back in the hospital. She has lost over 20 lbs and is down to 88 lbs. She is unable to hold anything down at this time. Sonja is on a fixed income and is about to face a lot of medical bills. She doesn’t have Medicaid. She is having a hard time recovering. Please find it in your heart to help this little lady.

Michelle has had to take docked days off work to care for her mother. In the meantime, in the last 5 months, Michelle has been in the hospital 3 times. She too was just in the hospital for 5 days. She hasn’t been working, trying to recover, take care of her mom, and go back to work all with her issues as well.

I know for a fact these two women have helped others and would do anything for anyone if they were asked. I want to do something to help them out. Even if it is $5, these ladies would be grateful, and it would go towards medical expenses that insurance doesn’t pay. They have been hit so hard. I also ask that you pray for this family.
