Support Natalie’s Recovery from Domestic Violence

Dear friends,

Our Roots family faced a heart-wrenching tragedy early on Sunday morning when Natalie, a beloved staff member, fell victim to domestic violence at the hands of her boyfriend and father of her child. Miraculously, Natalie survived after being shot four times, once in the chest, two in her abdomen and one in the leg all while showing immense strength and determination to live for her 17 month old daughter, JoJo.

As Natalie begins her long journey to recovery, both physically and financially, we are reaching out to our community for support. Any donations, whether monetary or in the form of meals, baby clothes (18 months- 2T), diapers, or other baby essentials, would be greatly appreciated. Items can be dropped off at Roots Beauty Bar located at 1714 W Park Row Dr, 76013.
