Hello everyone, my name is Angel Perales. My partner of 4 years, Melissa Rivera, has been dealing with kidney stones and kidney infections. We recently moved back to her hometown of Fresno, California, in March of this year.

The past 3 months, we have been to the hospital at least 5 times, with a few of those visits resulting in her being admitted 3 times for at least a week each time. She has had 3 procedures done. She has been out of work since the beginning of September. She couldn't qualify for FMLA due to not being employed for more than 90 days, so she has had to resign her position.

We are struggling to maintain. I receive disability, but it's been very hard, and we have gotten behind on bills. It's been really hard. I have never been one to ask for help, but at this time, I don't know what else to do anymore. We need help, and if you find it in your heart to help us, we would greatly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.
