Hi Im Chase Positerry here with my fiance Jade Modrynski. We are the parents of Jaysa Lynn Positerry who as you can see is an A honor roll 2nd grade graduate... Unfortunately unknowingly at the very same time she was holding these awards in picture a very rare disease called HLH(Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis)... began attacking her immune system putting her into acute liver failure. I posted the picture of day 1 in hospital because I couldn't bring myself to post the more upsetting picture of her on a ventilator... She is innocent as can be and at the same time such a tough fighter. She is giving it her all, so with many prayers she will recover... we are asking for donations of blood which can be done at any donor place in Louisiana just give them her name, Jaysa Positerry and let them know shes at Manning Family Children's hospital in New Orleans and if anyone would like to donate anything towards the amount we're trying to raise for her would be overly appreciated and truly a blessing...we have been unable to return to work or even back to our hometown to care for our beloved animals since arriving here. We are stuck with no transportation due to our truck breaking down same day Jaysa came in. We have no choice but to eat from the hospital which only provides ONE meal ticket a day worth $8 for the both of us to eat. Jaysa will also needs medical assistance for quite some time due to the chemo drugs being administered. This will be a long road ahead to recovery but defeat is not an option in this family of ours! PRAYER IS POWER AND PLEASE KEEP PRAYING!!!! This morning we received great news that Jaysa Lynn is responding well thus far and is now considered stable but will still be on the vent for a few days to allow her little body to recooperate.
