Hello everyone, my name is Sydney Morgan and I am raising funds for my two beautiful friends who have experienced a tragedy.
On the morning of May 21st, Daisy’s husband, Jarid Swope, went into cardiac arrest. Through that awful event, we have discovered that he is in congestive heart failure.
Anyone who knows Jarid knows he is the sweetest, most honest man on earth. He would do ANYTHING for anyone. Now, he needs us.
It is going to be a very long road to getting our favorite guy better. I am raising funds to help with their monthly and medical bills.
At this moment, it looks like Jarid will be in the hospital for a long time.
If you can, please take a moment to donate to help this wonderful couple. Anything will help; sometimes the smallest donations add up. If not, just please pray for Jarid and Daisy.
Thank you all ♥️
Update 6/04/2025:
Jarid had open heart surgery this morning to replace his aortic valve. He did great and came off all the heart & lung machines perfectly and is now recovering. This is still far from over, his heart is still very sick. The goal is with this new valve that his heart with shrink back down to its normal size then eventually he will get a mechanical valve put in for a more long term solution. From there, it’s up to the doctors but right now their plan is to do whatever to keep him alive and his heart beating. Due to the severity of his operation and current medical condition he will not be working for quite some time. Please if you can donate every penny counts. He’s going to need lots of in home health care along with outpatient therapy as well. We are so thankful for all of the prayers, positive vibes, and donations thus far. Keep on rooting for J , he needs all he can get!
Update 5/27/2025 :
Jarid is officially off the ventilator and awake. He unfortunately did suffer some brain damage so his speech is a little jumbled and he’s dealing with some short term memory loss but with lots of therapy and rehab he can overcome some of it.
Now , his heart. The whole thing that started it all.
Jarids heart is severely damaged. He still is in congestive heart failure. We had to wait for his mental capacity to stabilize before we could even think about his heart. Now that he’s coherent enough the next step is surgery. We had a few possible options thrown our way but we’re waiting on the cardiac team to come together and come up with the perfect plan for our sweet J.
Thank you all for all of the continued support it means the world
