Our family is going through an incredibly difficult time. My nephew, Jae’Cion (Jae), has been very sick, and despite many hospital visits and tests, we still don’t have a clear diagnosis. Watching him struggle without answers has been heartbreaking. And just today he was airlifted to Sanford in Sioux Falls and is in the ICU.

On top of this, my sister, Rachel, has been unable to work due to being by his side and advocating for him to try and get answers on what's causing his health issues. With medical bills, travel expenses between the hospital and home, and daily living costs piling up, the financial strain has become overwhelming.

Our beloved Jae’Cion has been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a rare and serious condition that has left him facing a long and challenging road to recovery. This journey requires not only strength and faith, but also round-the-clock care. His mom, Rachel, has had to step away from work to provide 24-hour care and be by his side through every step.
