Donate to Aid Guliani Family and Bella's Care

On April 14, 2025, a home on Warwick Lane in East Haven where the Guliani family lives, caught fire with a resident and 3 dogs inside. The resident was able to get out but their 3 pups were still in the house - firefighters were able to rescue them but sadly, one of the pups passed away at the scene. The East Haven Animal Shelter brought the other 2 pups, Bella and Xena, to Central Veterinary Hospital. Xena is doing ok but Bella suffered severe smoke inhalation, so the next 24 hours are very critical for her.

We at the shelter are trying to raise money to help this family through their loss - the house is uninhabitable and Bella is at the hospital receiving treatment. We would appreciate any amount to help this family get their lives back together and to help them with veterinary expenses. We appreciate our first responders for getting there so quickly and doing everything they could to help the home owners and their dogs.
