Our dear friend Frankie has given us hours and hours of music and dance throughout the years. He has been going through some tough times lately; so, if it’s in your heart, please join us in our fair desire to help him during these difficult times. This is the story narrated by himself:

“In July of 2024, an accident at work broke my toe. I went to a podiatrist, and he set the bone, wrapped it up, and told me not to touch it for 4 days. Four days later, I noticed that the toe looked infected, so he told me to go to the hospital. I went to the hospital, and they prescribed antibiotics for 14 days. Fourteen days later, I showed up at the hospital, and it was worse. Doctors determined that gangrene was forming on my toe, and they needed to amputate it. This is all a result of being diabetic. A month after that surgery, my foot started to show signs of infection on the bone, so a second surgery was required to remove half my foot. A week after that, a third surgery was required to insert antibiotic beads directly into the wound and reseal it. This has been happening in a span of 4 months. I have been lying in bed all that time, and I have depleted 380 pool time off hours that I had saved in my account; therefore, I have no income as a result. They're saying my recovery will continue for at least another month and a half.”
