Title: Help a Mother Stay by Her Son’s Side After Devastating Car Accident
Story:
Hi, my name is Heather Lenzer, and I’m reaching out during the most difficult time of my life. My son, Aiden Lenzer, was recently in a terrible car accident and has been in the ICU for the past 11 days. As a mother, nothing prepares you for the moment you see your child fighting for their life—and right now, I just want to be by his side every second I can.
I was working with American Cruise Lines before this tragedy happened, but I had to stop working immediately to be with him. Aiden, who is a full-time student at Miami University and also works part-time there, is also unable to work now due to his critical condition. He has a long road to recovery ahead. We don’t yet know how long he will remain in the ICU or what his recovery will look like, but I do know that we can’t do this alone.
We are facing mounting medical expenses, travel costs, bills, and everyday living expenses with no income coming in. I’m asking for help—any support you can offer—so I can continue to stay by my son’s side and focus on his healing without the added stress of financial survival.
Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly to:
• Medical expenses and ongoing care
• Living costs while we are both unable to work
• Travel and food while staying near the hospital
• Any other unexpected costs related to his recovery
If you can’t donate, please share this with others who may be able to. Prayers, messages of hope, and support mean more than words can say.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
With love and gratitude,
Heather Lenzer
