My name is Anthony McNeal. My son Adrian Guardado is a 14-year-old who is fighting for his life. On November 9, 2025, he was in a near-fatal car accident. He is alive and healing from multiple injuries. His incredible doctors and nurses at Helen Devos Children's Hospital are working around the clock to heal him.

His injuries include:

- Bilateral basilar skull fractures

- Bilateral temporal bone fractures

- Cerebral edema with tonsillar herniation

- Right ribs fractures

- Multiple pelvis fractures

- Grade III hepatic injury

- Grade V splenic injury (splenectomy)

- Bibasilar pulmonary contusions

- Right L3-L4 fractures

- Small bilateral apical pneumothorax

- Small hemorrhage the 4th ventricle

- Bilateral extra-axial pneumocephalus

Adrian is a freshman at Godwin Heights High School. He is active in his high school band and played Tight End on his Junior Varsity Football Team. The doctors believe he will live and heal over time, but he has a long journey ahead.

At the time of setting up this Go Fund Me (11/25/25), Adrian has had surgeries to remove his spleen and repair his pelvis. He has opened his eyes and is responding to some commands, but is unable to speak or breathe on his own.

I am a proud employee of GLC Live at 20 Monroe Live (a Live Nation venue) in Grand Rapids. I work on the box office and the cleaning teams. Unfortunately, I will be unable to work for the foreseeable future while Adrian recovers.
