Support Baby Adelyn Rose’s NICU Journey — with Big Sister Melody by Her Side
Two little girls. One strong family. A story of love, fight, and faith.
Hi everyone —
My name is Domingo, and I’m putting this together for my uncle Isaac, his wife Natalie, and their two daughters — Melody and Adelyn Rose.
I’m not a writer. I’m just someone who loves this family and wants to help however I can. They’ve been going through a lot lately, and if you’re reading this, thank you. It means more than you know.
⸻
Adelyn Rose — Tiny But Mighty
Adelyn was born way too early — at just 26 weeks, weighing barely 1 pound and 3 ounces. She’s still so small, it almost doesn’t feel real. But the moment she came into this world, she started fighting.
Natalie had developed preeclampsia — a really serious condition — and had to be rushed in for an emergency C-section. It was terrifying. But they made it. Adelyn made it.
Right now, she’s in the NICU — hooked up to oxygen, monitors, IVs. She’s still learning how to breathe, how to eat, how to grow. She’s had some setbacks already: trouble digesting food, breathing issues, constant monitoring for infections and brain development.
But she’s here. She’s fighting. And she’s doing better little by little.
We’ve already seen her open her eyes, move her arms, respond to touch. These tiny things feel like miracles when you see how far she’s come.
⸻
Melody — The Strongest Big Sister
Adelyn’s big sister, Melody, is 5 years old and has overcome more than most people will in a lifetime.
She was born extremely premature too — at 23 weeks — and has dealt with chronic lung disease, a trach, a feeding tube, and countless hospital stays. She’s non-verbal, but her presence speaks volumes.
Melody’s been through a lot, but she’s full of light. She laughs. She loves music. She gives the best hugs. And now she’s stepping into a new role — being a big sister.
The way she connects with Adelyn already… it’s beautiful. You can just feel the bond between them.
⸻
Why We’re Asking for Help
Isaac and Natalie are doing everything they can. They split their time between the NICU and home, between nurse visits and hospital updates, between comforting Melody and sitting beside Adelyn’s incubator. It’s overwhelming — emotionally, physically, financially.
They’ve been strong for so long. But now they could really use some support.
This GoFundMe is to help with:
• Adelyn’s NICU care and everything that comes after
• Medical support for Melody, who still needs daily nursing and therapy
• Preparing a safe space to bring Adelyn home when that day comes
• And hopefully… a small baby shower to bring some joy into all of this

If You’re Still Reading… Thank You
This isn’t easy to share. But we know we’re not alone. We believe in the power of community, of kindness, and of people showing up for each other.
Whether you can give, share, or even just send a prayer — we appreciate you. Truly.
Thank you for helping us fight alongside Adelyn and Melody. These girls are the heart of this family. And we’re so grateful for anything you’re able to do.
With love and all our hearts,
Domingo Noriega
(on behalf of Isaac, Natalie, Melody, and Adelyn Rose)
