July 1st update:

After the last two months of pain from kidney stones (5) I can finally breathe a sigh of relief and get some sleep. It took two more agonizing weeks to get rid of the final, big stone. I appreciate each and every one of you who donated three and four months ago. I could not have made it through these recent months without your help from back then. I wisely saved it and paid my bills and bought food with it even though I was immobilised. Now I need a little help to pay the July bills. Please donate if you can.

Three years ago my health started failing. First, I had diverticulosis with sepsis. I recovered after 8 days in the hospital on IVs. Last year I had pneumonia. Then I got myeloid leukemia, which I currently battle with many blood tests and phlebotomies. I continued working part time when able to support my wife until last year when I was stricken with type 3 kidney disease. Since then I have passed five kidney stones, lost a lot of weight and have been sleep deprived for months. I am a Christian with a Doctor of Divinity degree. I have spent my life giving to others in need and now I am asking for the same. Please help for I feel time is short and I have deep concern for my wife and family who I love dearly.
