Hi, I am a 73-year-old male, diagnosed with advanced skin cancer with spread to bone marrow and lymph nodes. I've been living outside in a tent for the past year since my rental went on the market. I haven't worked since January 2024 due to the effects of the cancer. I've completed my carcinoma treatment, but it has spread to my lungs, lymph and bones. I came from Canada in 1975, applied for a social security number, was given a number, and started working. This year, I was denied SSI and advised to return home to Scotland, where I was born. Being that I am now being DENIED social security benefits, I'm also ineligible for any housing or food stamp assistance. I get food from our local food bank; however, in the past year, I've lost 30 lbs. I have one or two friends who help with small amounts of cash to buy cooking gas. Anyone who can donate on a recurring basis would be greatly appreciated.I'm really having anxiety over all of this. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer. James Horn
