Hey friends, I am starting a GoFundMe for our sweet angel Abigail, who will be 10 years old on November 5th. She is one of the families we help when we go to Mexico each month, I met Abigail about a year ago, and if you ever get to meet her personally, it’s like meeting an angel. Her faith in our Lord Savior is something we strive for each and every day. She brings light to this dark world through her courageous smile and everlasting love that fills you with joy the moment you are around her.
Her story starts at the age of 3 when she was diagnosed with cancer. That is when she lost her left kidney, and by a miracle, she was saved. At age 6, she started experiencing kidney issues. They did a biopsy, and during all of this, she got ill and was put on a breathing machine. She was not responding and almost died. Our great Lord saved her again. She has been on the transplant waiting list for 4 years. During all of this, her amazing family has not lost hope, and they persevere through this season together with the great love and strength of our Savior Jesus Christ.
Recently, Abigail has been in and out of the hospital, and while they were here in the states receiving care, her dad was involved in a hit-and-run. So now he has those expenses for his car looming over him while dealing with his precious daughter's health. Also, taking off work to be with his daughter while she is in the hospital, he is struggling to make ends meet. If you are called to do so, please donate to this wonderful family who has been praying for years over this sweet angel that was gifted to us from above. It is our duty to care and love for others. We also ask that you lift this family up in prayers. They are waiting at this moment to see if there is a kidney available for their sweet daughter.
“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
Corinthians 9:7
