Hello, and I am reaching out to help my friend/coworker, Andrew Ramon, in need. Andrew has devoted his life to serving his Country and now County. Andrew sustained a lower spinal cord injury while serving in the Marine Corps in 2015. Unfortunately, on March 21, 2022, Andrew aggravated the pre-existing injury while performing his job duties at the County Jail. This injury has devastated Andrew, affecting his mobility and causing permanent nerve damage. Since then, Andrew has been out of work and will be for the foreseeable future. The Veteran's Affairs are trying to process his financial aid but said it could take up to a year.
