Hi, my name is Theodore . I'm a proud father of my daughter and only child, Amber. I raised her to be smart and strong, and she proved that by finishing college at University of Maryland, College Park. I've done all I could to make sure she had a decent life, a safe life, and gave her the best I could. In her life, she's grown now. I have two young, lovely grandkids, and she has a beautiful home. She works two jobs and still is a great mom. We are very proud of our daughter. Watching her grow up and fixing her boo-boos, playing Dr. Dad, and Santa Claus was all fun, and now I have grandkids to do the same thing for. My daughter, now has cancer. It is treatable and was detected early. The financial burden is going to weigh on us. As a dad and mom, we can only do so much. We want our daughter to be worry-free and heal worry-free of what would happen if the bills can't be paid on time, if the food runs short, if the treatments cause her to be down for a longer period of time than we planned. That's why I'm sending this GoFundMe to reach out into the community for the hearts and understanding of those who can see our struggle. Our faith in God lets us know we're going to get through this, and our faith in the hearts of others moved by God will help our financial worries step aside as well.
