Help 5th Graders Build Homes for Shelter Pets!

We’re a group of 5th grade teachers leading a hands-on, community-focused project called Cause for Paws—and we need your help!

Our students are designing and building dog houses, cat condos, and bunny hutches to donate to local animal shelters. Through this project, they’re learning real-world skills like engineering, teamwork, writing, and problem-solving—all while giving back to animals in need.

To bring their ideas to life, we’re raising funds to purchase wood, paint, screws, and other essential building materials. Every donation, big or small, will help our students turn their blueprints into safe, cozy spaces for shelter animals waiting for forever homes.
