Hello, not sure how to start, so I will go right in. I am asking for help for me and my family. I'm in remission now. I am very grateful to have survived, but now have some financial hardship to get here. I have tried to apply for loans, but my credit is not great when bills were being paid late.

I am trying to do all I can without compromising my health to keep up, but I’ve come to the point where I have to admit, I am in need of assistance. I am a pt student, but this past semester I am not doing well; my focus has not been great lately. I still have doctor's appointments to go to while trying to keep a part-time job because I am not able to work full-time yet.

So if you can give anything, that would greatly help, Thank you so much for your help.
