Im raising money to POPHAM KIDNEY SUPPORT, and any donation will help make an impact. This charity means a great deal to me, a good friend of mine is currently undertaking treatment , i also work on Kidney Transplant and Diayalisis at UHW so i know how important raising money for popham Kidney Support and what impact it can have.

I am aiming to raise £100 for the charity by walking up pen y fan on the 12th Oct with my 3 friends.
