Hello friends and family, and friends of friends and family...
We need a little help getting back on our feet after escaping the #CampFire and then finding out our rental home and belongings were destroyed. It was a very traumatic day for our boys and dog. We're fine now and recovering; everyone's scattered around the Bay Area with family while we figure things out.
The business we ran out our home making tie-dies, crafts and gardening supplies was wiped out. We have no income until we can get settled again and either get some inventory to restart our business, or find jobs. We had just pre-paid our monthly bills and food for the Holidays, which took most of our cash.
Our family is really kicking in to help get us setup again, and I've managed to raise the boys as a widowed single Mom for much of their lives. We wouldn't normally put out a call for help, but so many have asked how they could. Right now this is the best way until we have somewhere to live and take in the things offered to us., I just don't know how long this limbo period will last and this is a bad time of year to both find a rental or a job. We'd be happy to repay the generosity in custom tie-dyes, gardening help, handyman help, or anything you need. Just let us know.
P.S. If you know of any good rentals in NorCal, or an RV we could use for a spell while we find somewhere to live, that would be appreciated as well.
