My mate Zak and I were planning to do a difficult physical task, and chose to run the Cape to Cape track down south.

One of Zak's close family friends was planning to run the Cape to Cape, however they had a stroke which prevented them from doing it.

They have been a massive factor in helping us plan and prepare for the Cape to Cape, which is why we are donating to Stroke Foundation.
