Donate in the Memory of Scott Collins

It’s with a heavy heart that we share the sudden passing of Scott Collins. Scott was a beloved father, husband and friend. He was a kind, gentle soul and he will be greatly missed. Scott leaves behind a wife, Kathleen and daughter, Sarah.

I am currently asking for donations to help relieve the family of the stress and costs of a sudden funeral. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.

The memorial to honor Scott will be held Tuesday, 5/2 at 2-4:30pm and 7-9pm at Overton Funeral Home in Islip.
