Hello, this is Evelyn Beltran, I decided to start a go fund me for my Father-in-laws funeral cost. Víctor Manuel Beltran passed away Friday April 21st, 2023 after fighting so hard for 17 years to beat Huntingtons Disease. Victor was such a great man, son, dad, & husband we want to remember him and give him the proper goodbye he deserves. He was a father of 6 & has 3 grandkids who love, cherish & miss him.
