Dear friends,

On June 17th, our friends, the Rafique family, were in a horrific car accident on Hwy 7 near Sharbot Lake, Ontario.

Siyam Rafique, an amazing husband, dad, son, brother and friend, tragically lost his life. His wife, Ipshi Rafique, sustained critical injuries and remained in the ICU for a month. Their daughter Arzu, aged 8, was also injured in the crash and was hospitalized for weeks.

We are so grateful that Isphi and Arzu have been release from hospital and are now at home with Ipshi’s oldest daughter Zara and their extended family.

This Gofund me page has been set up to help raise funds, in memory of Siyam, for his girls. We have all been amazed at how determined Ipshi is to provide the best for her daughters in the days, weeks, months and years ahead. This page is an opportunity for us to join together to show our love and support for this beautiful family.

We invite you to generously give in honour of Siyam’s life, and out of love for Ipshi, Zara and Arzu. Ipshi has asked that all donations go towards the girls’ education. 100% of the funds raised here will be deposited directly into Ipshi’s account.
