In Loving Memory of Serafin “Nonong” Padlan

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Serafin “Nonong” Padlan on April 26, 2022, due to lung cancer. He is survived by his wife, Conchita, his children Ryan, Shirla, Dianne, Girard, and Sherry, and his grandchildren, Layla, Gavy, and Lucas. He will be missed very much. He was known as a very kind, thoughtful, and caring man by many. He is loved by many family and friends because of his heart of gold and welcoming personality. Because of this, he was able to touch many lives, even up to his last days in the hospital.
