Donate in Memory of Ralph Decongilio

Hi, I’m Vanessa Decongilio, and on July 1, 2024, we got the most awful news a family could get. My brother, Ralph Decongilio, killed himself. He loved animals, especially dogs. He would always say he loved dogs more than people. The Animal Foundation housed his dog for two days when she was taken from his home. I now have her, and she's safe and happy. Our family is truly grateful for the Animal Foundation. They need so much help to take care of all the pets, so I would like to start a donation in memory of my brother, Ralph Decongilio. Even though you are gone, I want people to know you were here.
