Hi, my name is Justin Van Der Mark and I'm fundraising for my amazing grandmother Patricia Patron. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was the most caring person in the world. If anyone needed help with anything, she'd be the first person to offer.

My heart is shattered and aching every day. She battled with Parkinson's disease along with Lewy Body Dementia. She fought for so long and with all her strength. She's the strongest person I know. She's my biggest role model and inspiration. She truly showed me the importance of family and being kind. These morals will sit with me forever and I will spread it to everyone I encounter. She will live forever in my heart along with my families.

My grandfather and grandmother had three amazing kids. Christina Patron, my mother, Mark and Tim Patron my uncles. Christina Patron had six kids: Justin, Rochelle, Jessica, Tanner, Taylor, and Zachary. Mark Patron had four kids: Shayla, Daniel, Jacob, and Brendan. Tim Patron had 5 kids: Cameron, Bishop, Reece, Trinity, and Phoenix. Rochelle has three kids: Devin, Ava, and Jayde. Bishop has four kids: Delilah, Aubrey, Wesley, and Scarlet. Shayla has one kid: Cayden.

So, from just Leonard and Patricia, they grew an entire family. So, Patricia Patron will forever live on through our memoires, in our hearts, through the stories we tell our kids, through the lessons that she taught us, and the lessons that we listened too and learned.

I am asking for some assistance for her eternal resting place. Anything and everything will be greatly appreciated. You'll be helping out my grandfather Leonard Patron, her amazing husband of 58 years! He's been by her side through thick and thin of these horrible diseases. He is heartbroken but he will have the entire family by his side. The huge family they created and loved since we were all born. And We'll live for the rest of our physical lives and beyond.
