Hello family, friends, and colleagues of our dear friend Stewart Wilson. Kevin "KG" Glendinning and Tony Luna here. We go back with Stew to the 'ol db Sound Chicago days; somehow that was 25 years ago.
On January 2nd, we unfortunately said goodbye to that amazing man, friend, father, and husband. As many of you know, he had been battling various medical scenarios. Fighting hard the whole way, he never stopped wearing a smile, working on his drawings, and spreading love like only Stew was capable of. As you'd expect, from the years of treatments and medical complications, the financials really stacked up. As much as Stew wanted to be back stage-left mixing shows again, he went a while without income.
If we could all join together, as we know he'd be first in line to do so for any of us, please contribute to what we can for Sammy and the family going forward. The man had so many friends around the globe, in and out of our touring community. Even a little bit from a lot of us would go a very long way.
On behalf of the entire Wilson family, thank you in advance for caring, as well as the time you spent alongside our brother Stew over the years.
- Tony & Kev
Feel free to reach out to us directly if there is anything privately and you'd like to extend to the family as well.
