On April 29th, the world lost a bright light far too soon. Noreen was a devoted mother, a loving partner and daughter, a beloved friend, and a passionate lover of music—especially the timeless songs of Elvis Presley. Her warmth, kindness, and radiant smile touched so many lives, and her beautiful voice brought joy to those around her.

As a former board member of the Penticton Elvis Festival, she dedicated time and energy to celebrating music and community. But above all, she was deeply devoted to her family, cherishing every moment as a mother and partner. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

In the wake of this unexpected loss, we are coming together to support her family with funeral expenses. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial burden and allow her loved ones to focus on honoring her memory.
