Donate in memory of Leo Sawatzki

On April 10th, 2023, Leo Sawatzki passed away peacefully with his loved ones at his side. His family wants to fundraise some money to do something to honor his memory. We would like to either create a scholarship that supports students going into the field of aviation mechanics or support an organization that provides support to young people wanting to go into that field. Leo loved his job more than almost everything and loved mentoring up-and-coming mechanics throughout his 50-year career.

Once we determine what to do with the funds we will be notifying all the donors as to how exactly they will be used. Rest assured that we will find a meaningful way to pay tribute to the man we all knew and loved. Our hope is to have this in place by the time the celebration of life event happens this summer.
