Hi, my name is Rebecca and I was Karen’s manager at Kingsford Community school. Karen worked as a catering assistant for Caterlink for nearly 20 years and she was dedicated and hard working. More importantly Karen was a dedicated mum to her 11 year old son Albie. I would like to raise this money to help Karen’s family with her funeral costs and to help Albie as he learns to navigate life without his mum. Sadly Albie also lost his dad in recent years. Karen was a big character and the life and soul of the party. Her sudden passing has left her family, friends and colleagues in total shock and devastation.
