James William “Jamey” Morris
July 26 1971 –June 25 2023
Jim is immediately survived by his brother Jason Morris
Jim was passionate about everything he was interested in. He joined the army to become a medic before he graduated high school, leaving for bootcamp the summer between 11th and 12th grade and became a Gulf War veteran as a result. Upon leaving the Army he entered the world of the service industry to become a waiter, wine connoisseur, sommier and before that as a young boy, a BMX Pro hopeful.
Jim never missed an opportunity to make a joke or get a laugh. He loved everyone equally and unconditionally. Jim loved children and wanted children of his own. One can’t help but wonder what sort of father he would have been but I have no doubt the home would have been full of love and joy.
Jim had an infectious laugh and an addictive smile, just like his personality. He was full of life and never missed an opportunity to have an adventure. You will be missed.
Until Valhalla
