In Loving Memory of Jeshua Buchoon

We are devastated to share the heartbreaking story of Jeshua Buchoon, a 36-year-old father whose life was tragically and unfairly taken from him. On the night of Saturday, August 2nd, Jeshua was caught in a violent incident where he was shot and left lying on the road. During this chaos, he was inadvertently run over by a vehicle fleeing the scene, suffering catastrophic internal injuries.

Jesh’s last act was one of courage and love — he saved his brother’s life, but tragically lost his own. Jeshua did not know the individuals involved in the gunfire and had no connection to gun violence or street conflicts. His life was unexpectedly and cruelly impacted by a situation he had no part in, a tragic turn of events that no one could have anticipated.

Despite the overwhelming odds, Jeshua was in critical condition and fought valiantly for four days in the ICU. During this time, family and friends gathered around him, holding hope and offering love and support. Sadly, despite his incredible strength and fighting spirit, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away on Wednesday, August 6th.

Jeshua leaves behind a loving 4-year-old son, whom he cherished deeply. They were inseparable—best friends and the center of each other's world. Known for his kindness, positivity, and genuine spirit, Jeshua touched the lives of everyone around him and was truly loved by all who knew him.

We are seeking support to cover funeral costs, legal expenses, and other urgent expenses the family is facing. Your generosity will help provide stability, security, and love during this profoundly difficult time for the family. Any contribution, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated.

All funds from this campaign will be managed by Jeshua's aunt, Jacquelin.

How the Funds Will Be Used:

All donations will go directly toward covering the urgent expenses the family is facing during this incredibly difficult time. This includes:

Funeral & Memorial Costs – Services, burial/cremation, venue, transportation, flowers, and all arrangements to give Jeshua a proper and dignified farewell.
Legal Expenses – Support for legal fees related to estate matters, guardianship, and other related legal needs.
Outstanding Bills & Immediate Living Costs – Helping the family stay afloat by covering rent, utilities, groceries, and other essential monthly expenses while we navigate this loss.
His Son’s Future – A portion of the funds will be set aside in a dedicated account for his son’s future needs, including education, extracurricular activities, and general support as he grows. This ensures that Jeshua’s legacy continues to provide for him, even in his absence.
