In Loving Memory of Heather Riggs

Heather Riggs passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 16 at the age of 43, leaving behind her husband Matt and her three amazing children Carter, Evan and Finley. Heather was a wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece and friend to many. She had a beautifully contagious smile, a great sense of humor, and kind heart like no other.
