My name is Myra Lopez and I am fundraising to help raise the $3691 left to pay for my grandfather’s funeral. My grandfather sadly passed on Sunday, November 19, 2023. Times are hard and we would appreciate the help if you are able to. My grandfather was the happiest person, always laughing and cracking jokes. When he lived in Carlsbad, everyone in the neighborhood knew who he was as he was always outside in the front yard tending to his plants or cleaning his guns lol. Every year he would grow his corn surrounding his fence. He would stop and talk to anyone who passed by, he loved making friends. We all miss him so much and wish this was just a dream.
