We are rising funds for a funeral in memory of Eloge Kilapi. Eloge was born March 14, 2017, in Canada. He was a gentle and friendly boy in grade two. Eloge was watching tv with his family, when his father went to give medication to his sick mother. When he returned he could not find Eloge in their home. His family went searching for him. They saw an ambulance going to an artificial lake in their neighborhood. They saw the paramedics retrieve and perform CPR on Eloge. He was rushed to the University Hospital where he passed away.
