Our beloved colleague and friend, Eddie Silva, tragically lost his life in a one-car crash outside Needles, CA. Eddie had been an integral part of our HHCI family for about three years, and his future was undeniably bright, with aspirations of becoming a foreman. His larger-than-life personality, boundless positivity, and beaming smile made an indelible mark on everyone he encountered. Many crew leaders wanted Big Eddie on their project and arm-wrestled over him weekly in dispatch.

Eddie's impact on our lives, both personally and professionally, cannot be overstated, and his memory will forever be cherished in our hearts.

Tragically, Eddie leaves behind a loving family who depended on him for support. His wife, Yadira, is now faced with the unimaginable challenge of caring for their three boys, aged 10, 5, and one month old. As if this burden weren't heavy enough, Yadira's father underwent open-heart surgery yesterday, adding to the challenges that lie ahead.
