Support for Carolyn McCormick's Family

Our dear friend, co-worker and colleague Carolyn McCormick passed away unexpectedly on June 20, 2021. Although Carolyn had been battling severe health issues for the last four months, her family prayed that she would recover. Sadly that prayer was left unanswered. Carolyn leaves behind her fiance Cole Nelson who she planned to wed in 2022. She also leaves behind her five year old daughter Anna Nelson. Cole had to quit his job during Carolyn's illness so he could take care of Anna and coordinate Carolyn's care. The long illness has created a mountain of medical debt along with the expenses of a funeral. Those expenses were compounded when Carolyn's mother passed away less than three weeks before Carolyn passed.

In Carolyn's memory we ask that you contribute whatever you can to help Cole with expenses during this difficult time. Any unused money would be set aside to contribute towards Anna's future education. Carolyn was an amazing contributor to the success of Western Alliance Bank during her 8 years there as well as being an incredibly supportive friend and colleague. She balanced her work life by being the love of Cole's life and loving mother to the light of her life, little Anna. We can't make up for Carolyn's heartbreaking absence but we can all do our part to make life a little easier for Cole and Anna. Thank you for your support!
