Donate in memory of Captain Mike Forman

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the tragic death of Captain Mike Forman. Mike tragically lost his life in a motor vehicle accident on Monday January 8th. He will be sorely missed by his family, friends, community, and all who knew and loved him.

Mike was a devoted husband, father and friend. He was always willing to help others and was there for anyone who needed it, now its time to return the favor. He had a wry sense of humour and was an animal lover, he especially loved his dogs Huck and Finn.

As the family navigates through the immense pain and loss, they have found themselves confronted with the unexpected financial burden of arranging Mike's funeral and memorial service.

We are starting this GoFundMe and reaching out to our community, friends and anyone touched by Mike's presense to help alleviate some of the monetary strain and stress for Laura and the family, and to give Mike the farewell he deserves.
