In Memory of Anita Pratt – Supporting Indigenous Futures
With heavy hearts and deep love, we remember Anita Pratt, a proud Indigenous woman whose warmth, laughter, and unwavering spirit left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. Anita was a daughter, mother, friend, and community member who carried her culture with pride and believed in the power of education, healing, and unity.
To honor Anita’s memory, we are raising funds to support two Indigenous-led organizations that reflect her values and legacy: Indspire and the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund.
How Your Donations Will Be Used
All proceeds from this fundraiser will be equally divided and donated to:
Indspire – A national Indigenous charity that invests in the education of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis students through scholarships, mentorship, and cultural programs.
The Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund – A foundation dedicated to furthering reconciliation and fostering awareness, education, and healing between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples through storytelling, arts, and youth engagement.
Your donation in Anita’s name will support Indigenous youth and communities while carrying forward her spirit of compassion, resilience, and hope.
We are committed to transparency: all donations will be publicly acknowledged and official receipts will be shared after funds are transferred to both organizations.
