Amy Erickson, 44, of Lima, Ohio, passed away surrounded by family and friends on January 21, 2024.

Amy was born on January 16, 1980, to Ruby and O. Stephen Erickson. She attended Gomer and Elida schools, graduating in 1998, and briefly studied physical therapy at Wright State University. Amy lived most of her life north of Lima between Gomer and Vaughnsville, only recently moving into the city of Lima. Amy worked at a variety of jobs over the years but most recently as a call center support technician. Amy attended Living Truth Ministries in Van Wert, Ohio, with her boyfriend, Adam, and enjoyed spending time with her miniature schnauzer.

Amy was preceded in death by her father in 1988, her mother in 2022, and multiple extended family members. She is survived by her brother Bill (Katie) of Findlay, her sister Susan of Lima, and close family friends David and Ardath Sunderland of Elida.

There will be a small reception at Lima Baptist Temple at 982 Brower Road in Lima on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 11:00 am. Amy will be interred at Pike Run Cemetery outside of Gomer, Ohio.
