Donate in loving memory of Shane Farrell

 

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of our Father, Shane Farrell.

 

My dad passed away peacefully on April 7, 2022 at 2:40pm., surrounded by his children Kierra Farrell and Ryan Farrell and his former wife Deanna Farrell.

 

Shane was diagnosed with lung cancer that required immediate surgery. Shortly after, more complications occurred during his recovery at Memorial Regional Hospital, which lead to his untimely passing.

 

To all who knew him, my dad was a hardworking, kind, funny, diligent, and a good decent man. He represented the best that is in all of us. He was someone who would never turn his back on anyone who needed help, even if he barely knew them. We will carry his loss for a lifetime. My brother and I will miss our dad very much, his support, his wisdom, him always being there to fall back on.

 

Shane would have wanted those he cared for to instead of sadness with his passing, hug your children tighter and more often, make sure all who we care for are told how much they mean to us, forget petty arguments that mean nothing and forgive all, because in the end the love is all that matters. Consider every day you awake that one day those you love will be taken from you or you from them, appreciate every second of life shared with those close to you.

 

 We are absolutely devastated by the passing of our dad Shane Farrell and are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of funeral/memorial service. We have started a gofundme for donations to cover these expenses.
