It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of our beloved Esteban C Garza IV “Stevie” at just 20 years old.

Stevie was more than a son, brother, and friend — he was a bright light who lived life to the fullest. A proud UTSA Roadrunner and a dedicated EMT, Stevie devoted himself to helping others. His dream was to graduate from UTSA and continue his education in medical school, where he hoped to become a doctor and make a lasting difference in people’s lives.

When he wasn’t studying or caring for others, Stevie could be found doing the things he loved most — riding his motorcycle, fishing, laughing with friends, and making memories with family. His adventurous spirit, contagious smile, and kind heart touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Stevie’s passing was sudden and heartbreaking. During this unimaginable time, we are asking for support to help relieve the financial burden on our family as we navigate funeral expenses and the many costs that come with such an unexpected loss.
