Alex Goes Bald to Back Josh’s Battle

Josh has recently been diagnosed with Burkitts lymphoma at the age of 20, a rare type of blood cancer. As part of his treatment he's undergoing chemotherapy and therefore has lost his hair. To support his friend and remind him that hair is only hair Alex has decided to shave his off and keep shaven until Josh's grows back too.
