Hello my name is Desiree Blake, I am a widowed mother of 5, I since losing my husband have had my right leg amputated due to severe cellulitis.

I have since my amputation been forced to resign from employment, I have waited for 2 years for an opportunity for a prosthetic leg to no avail, hence I am doing a fundraiser to help me get this long awaited prosthetic leg.

Getting this leg will help me in a big way for my personal health and well being and will also help me greatly cater for my childrens needs once I can mobilse myself
