Hello, my name is Yesenia Cisneros. I'm 27 years old. I'm here today asking if I can please get your help for an emergency medical procedure that I am currently needing. Back in September, I got diagnosed with leukemia. I am currently getting treated with chemotherapy, and in November, I was finally diagnosed with heart failure and currently have to get a pacemaker inserted to help my heart function properly. Due to this procedure, my insurance won't cover everything I was expecting it would, so I'm hoping for some kind of relief from here.
