Donate to vet bills for my beloved dog Trudy

Hi! My name is Christina and I am desperate to give care to my best friend Trudy Monre Witt, a Shih Tzu who is 13 years old. On December 22nd around 9PM I had to check my dog into the ER after seeing her not acting like her normal happy self. She was not eating and her breathing was very labored after a short walk. That has never happened before. After a night in the hospital she has been diagnosed with a heart murmur. She is currently on oxygen treatment and will be on that for 24 hours. She is slowly making progress and the doctors are optimistic that if we keep up with the treatment that she will pull through. Unfortunately, as much as I am fighting for my dog's life the cost of it is slowly adding up. I am currently unemployed and I am actively looking for my next job. You maybe asking why I am fighting for this elderly dog's life. Trudy was not originally my dog. She started as my mother's dog and in September of 2017 she unfortunately passed away. Trudy was attached to the hip with her and my mom rarely went anywhere without her. When my mom passed I promised to take care of Trudy and for 6 years that's is what I have been doing. We have gone on hikes, traveled to beaches and cities across California. I have tried to give my dog the best life to the best of my abilities and I don't want to break that promise. However, I can't afford the high cost of the vet treatments. I am coming to you the public for help which is really unlike me because I honestly hate asking for help as I don't want to look or feel like a burden, but this is for my best friend, my family and I will do what it takes care of her. Everything that you donate will go to the rising vet bills and Trudys care. Any help will do big or small. I also also ask to share this story to your friends, families and followers.
