On Friday, September 19th, Trea’ had a stroke, initially with left side paralysis. Although she has regained strength and movement to her left leg, her strength and movement to her left arm, and hand remains dormant/paralyzed. She needs intensive inpatient rehabilitation. She currently does not have health insurance and is waiting Medicaid approval. With no insurance or Medicaid all rehabilitation costs have to be paid out-of-pocket up front.
